Remarks & Notes
The Class C62 was the biggest and fastest japanese build steam locomotive. This locomotive hauled the Tsubame express on the Tōkaidō Main Line between Tokyo and Osaka. Also it set the world high speed record of a steam locomotive on narrow gauge when it reached 129km/h on a running test in 1954.
