Remarks & Notes 
A southbound mixed freight trudges slowly through the canyon. Some parts survived the burn last year. This little grove at Twin Springs was spared, the rest of the camp out of view to the left looks like a wasteland.

The Oregon Trunk, the route most well known for the Deschutes Railroad War, still sees BNSF-and at times detouring UP-traffic today. This album covers all images taken along the line between Celilo and Chemult, Oregon.
