| The double Gotthard locomotive Ae 8/14 # 11801, built in 1931 by SLM and BBC with 7360 horsepower, is pulling a charter train from Erstfeld to Bodio on the uppermost level of the Wassen "staircase". The locomotive is maintained and operated by the team Erstfeld of SBB Historic and belongs not to the core fleet anymore. The train circulated for Bahnreisen Sutter/Märklin Club over the Gotthard mountain line, with slow travel or stops at interestic locations, visit in the signal box in Göschenen etc. |
