Under a beautiful spring evening sky, NS AC34 "Southern Delivery" with an SD40-2 in charge of the transfer job is working it's through the 23rd St Interlock heading for CSX at Wauhatchie Yard. AC34 is a daily run transfer job that take the outbound bound cars once sorted at NS Debutts Yard to the CSX, and bring back inbound cars for customers that only get service through NS back for sorting, and this is normally the most appropriate time of the day to catch this job running as this time of day train traffic has eased a little to give a chance to get the transfer job to make the short run to Wauhatchie. I wish i can say the same on it's return trip from CSX, but this job is known for returning back to the originated point late due to whatever CSX has in the way, a not so golden rule for transfer trains around these parts.
