On the cold and rainy morning of April 28th, the Office Car Special (OCS) train departed Altoona for Harrisburg, but not before taking a spin around the world famous Horseshoe Curve. When the train reached the loop at Gallitzin, the engineer found the headlight breaker to be off, hence the headlights being off for the uphill climb.
