Remarks & Notes

On the cold and rainy morning of April 28th, the Office Car Special (OCS) train departed Altoona for Harrisburg, but not before taking a spin on the loop in Gallitzin, PA. Before holding at CP Works for the signal cutovers at 225 & 227, the train leisurely passed ALTO Tower, built by the Pennsylvania Railroad in 1915.
