Everett Railroad GE 80-tonner number 4, the only piece of equipment that survived the abandonment of the original Everett line, stands at the operational headquarters of the reborn Everett ay Claysburg, Pennsylvania. Soon after the 1984 rebirth, the GE was found to be to light for the new line, and two SW9’s were purchased. One of those EMD’s, number 8990, is seen just beyond number 4.
