The Lehigh Valley Black Diamond passes a dead in the water black catfish. Manifest 361-25 has to set off on the single track at Dalton. It dogged just over 35 miles from origin due to prioritizing through NS freights, conflicting CSX movements over the diamond and northbound 370 also having to pick up at Dalton.
