The Santa Express at the Railroad Museum of New England was picture perfect on Saturday, December 16, 2017. Snow from earlier in the week remained due to cold temperatures, setting the winter scene as former New Haven Railroad FL9 2019 leads a train full of happy passengers on a holiday excursion.
