Times Were Good. Ohio is home to lots of railroad anomalies from DRGW Tunnel Motors, to DRGW GP40-2s, to B23-7Rs, etc etc this is one of those. WE 6316 former CN/WC/AC powers west to Bellevue, not only is this is in WC Paint for the most part but at the time it was the ONLY WC SD40-2 active in WC Paint, as of now this image goes into the archives as images from the past
