| As AMTK 189 (P42DC) lead a triple headed California Zephyr through the Denver Yard at slow speed the baggage car and a sleeper car jumped off the rails. Both trucks of the baggage car jumped but only the front truck of the sleeper car left the tracks. After a five hour delay the Zephyr would continue towards California, minus the baggage car which would be left behind to be thoroughly inspected. |
