The track into Philipsburg is all ex-PRR, and runs closely parallel to US 322. RJ Corman typically stops loaded trains about a mile west of Philipsburg at Graham Station and cuts the train in half, as the steep grade west of here is very pronounced, and the decent into Clearfield on the old NYC is riddled with sharp curves and a nasty grade of its own.
