Near sundown, a WP engine facility employee has a red scarf hooked around the M3 horn of BN C425 No. 4264 so he doesn't fall off as he sands the big Alco. WP's facility could be a very busy place in the early 1970s, what with WP, BN, and UP power all waiting to be serviced.
