A set of Arcelor Mittal power makes a light power move from the yard back into the plant in East Chicago, Indiana. A railroad crewman can be seen near the crossover, having been driven there in the white truck to throw switches. Steel mill employees are rushing to leave the plant at the 3PM shift end as evidenced by the line of cars on the right waiting to exit the plant.
