CSX H751, the company's news 500-mile road local, rolls through Big Rock near Scott Depot, W.Va., with EMD GP15-1 No. 1552 in the lead. The new H-series local performs all local work previously handled by trains Q302/Q303. The local runs between Richmond, Va., and Russell, Ky., with stops at most intermediate terminals, while Q302/Q303 operate on the mainline without any stops.
