Patiently waiting in the siding at Seacliff, Amtrak 761 has stopped at the south end of the siding to allow passengers to enjoy the ocean view before pulling down to the north end to meet Amtrak 774 once it draws closer. On the rear of this morning's train are three additional cars and one extra motor to help accommodate the large increase in readership during the closure of US 101.
