| The Royal Gorge Route!
Standing on the Royal Gorge bridge and watching a train navigate the serpentine route below is an awesome experience...as well as somewhat nauseating if you don't like heights! This westbound is just about to pass under the Royal Gorge Bridge - the wire in the foreground is part of the bridge's suspension. If you look very closely at the top of the frame you can see a tiny pair of wires and one of the gondolas passing over the gorge. |
