With westbound coal, most likely anthracite from the mines now served by the Reading & Northern, a Conrail train rolls through West Reading, Pennsylvania on the Lebanon Valley Line. The buildings to the right are the Vanity Fair Outlets, long a bargain clothes shoppers’ destination. I’ve heard that VFO is leaving this building and moving to an adjacent facility.
