First leg of the RBBB Red Unit circus train's last trip from Hartford to Providence. Connecticut Southern did the honors from Hartford Yard into Springfield. Here, the train is seen coming off Amtrak's Springfield Line onto CSX's Boston Line to allow it to continue over to Worcester after a power swap. At Worcester, Providence & Worcester will deliver the train the last miles into Providence. The CSX bridge over the Connecticut River can be seen in the background.
