| A Union Pacific special train rolls through Emma Wood State Park. The train originated In Oregon, traveled down through Northern California, over the Tehachapi Mountains and the Palmdale Cutoff where it got stopped by a freight with a bad car. A 3 hour delay into Los Angeles makes it late to San Luis Obispo on the coast route. It will travel to Oakland Ca. after laying over in SLO. |
