Remarks & Notes

A loaded grain train out of Alta, IA, is stretched out in the Iowa countryside. Not much to do with this guy eastbound in the afternoon, but the FURX cars make for a nice white line over the Iowa topography. This is kind of a newer grain move for the CN in Iowa. This train will interchange with the NS at Fordham Yard in Chicago, IL, and is bound for an ethanol plant near Bluffton, IN, on the NS.
