On Fraser’s tubing hill, some parents have just launched a big group of kids down the hill overlooking Fraser, Colorado, while Amtrak’s Winter Park Express ski train departs town in the background on January 7, 2017. This is the first day of operation for Amtrak’s new service to Winter Park from Denver operating on Saturdays and Sundays from January to the end of March.
