Green Mountain Railroad train #263-21 with VTR GP38-2 202 (in Washington County paint), GMTX GP38-3 2684, VTR GP38-3 206, VTR GP40-2W 310 and VTR GP40-2W 311, heads up grade at Cuttingsville, Vermont. More than a foot of snow fell in the green mountains and intense snowfall lasted for the entire trip up and over the Green Mountains summit for the 263.
