WC 6654 brings a cut of ore jennies thru Empire Junction in June of 1997. Once home to CNW FM's and Alco's, regular runs to the Empire Mine have ceased as the mine has closed. Only a limited stockpile remains, which will slowly be removed before operations there cease for good.
