Remarks & Notes

With a freshly painted Baja California RR GP35 rebuilt into a GP38-3 up front and an LTEX trailer, the Turno Tijuana Valle Redondo heads south of downtown TJ with the skyline of the River District in the background. Note that road construction along the tracks has buried the ROW in dirt (I swear there are tracks under there).
