Just outside the town of Cuttingsville, Vermont Railway GP38 207 and its train pass through the late summer foliage on its way to Bellows Falls, Vermont. On beautiful September 12, 2016, Vermont Rail System train GMRC 263-12 is not too far from its origination point in Rutland.
