| With a massive wildfire still burning in Cajon Pass nearly 24 hours after it began, Amtrak's westbound Southwest Chief train #3 is forced to detour around the area via Mojave, resulting in some rare mileage over BNSF and UP trackage to Metrolink's Valley Subdivision into Los Angeles. Running a few hours late the train is seen passing Harold on the approach to Vincent Hill and the run down Soledad Canyon. |
