| After coming off the T-Line at Murphy Junction, Blue Ridge Southern T31-05 works up the high lead on the west end of Norfolk Southern's Asheville Yard. This train would end being one of the last hand full of Blue Ridge Southern trains that would be governed by the Asheville Tower before its closure. Leading the eastbound Asheville Turn on this day is WAMX 4205, which started life as UP 3188, and is now the only factory SD40-2 on the roster. |
