20 years ago, BN ruled Marias Pass. The BN green was second only to the green of pines that are dominant in the mountains. Today, Warren Buffet's railroad is now orange, not the same to say the least, and green is becoming hard to find. Fortunately, I was given a chance to finally capture a blast from the past in the form of W-ESXESX, a work train in charge of a Michigan made Harsco Spreader, led by a "Triclops" SD60M and a venerable SD40-2, both still in BN Cascade Green. Dirtied by a BNSF renumber, enough still shows to satisfy the BN fan in me.
