The Severn Valley Railway Diesel Gala this year was plagued by poor weather.In one of the few glimpses of sun on the Friday,a pair of Class 20 locos ascend Eardington Bank,on the approach to Bridgnorth.The leading loco,20205,I remember seeing brand new at York in March 1967 - the second loco is 20142,dating from May 1966,a mere 50 years young !!
