WRRS style wig-wags were popular in the Midwest, and Wisconsin was no exception. These 2, plus one on the other side of the street, guarded a crossing in Plymouth. They were originally MILW/CNW but are now WSOR and seldom used. There were still a handful left in Wisconsin when this photo was taken in 2000, but this set may be the only ones still operating in 2016.
