In the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, many of the Delaware & Hudson’s Buffalo trains were led by run-through Norfolk & Western power. Here a westbound train is making track speed as it rolls past the depot in Owego, NY. Apparently the station sign mounting has failed, and some industrious B&B gang worker has remounted it upside down.
