Burlington Northern train 3 flies through a cut west of Oregon, Illinois, on August 22, 1987. Powered by two EMD GP50s in “Tiger Stripes,” splicing a fuel tender and a GE B30-7A (B-unit), today’s train has a cut of autoracks up front.
