After crossing the Elk River CSX Q583-27 (Nashville,TN-Atlanta,GA) waste no time rushing south passing Universal Technologies (MP-78.0 Estill Springs) on its way to Chattanooga on the CSX Chattanooga Sub. CSX Q583 was right at mountain tonnage and the helper was notified by the dispatcher that they will be assisting the 8,000ft long junk train over the Cumberland Plateau once the train arrive into Cowan, TN.
