The daily Kirk Yard, IN, to Waterloo, IA, manifest train pulls down #1 track at Dubuque to do their work. L565's power is parked on #4 track waiting for M337's setout so they can build their outbound train to make a Manchester turn today. M337 setout has all the Dubuque to Cedar Rapids loading cars.
