| Electrolocomotive Be 4/4 # 15 was built in 1931 in a series of six by SLM and SAAS for the new electrified Bodensee-Toggenburg-Bahn (BT) (Romanshorn-St.Gallen-Wattwil-Nesslau). She has 1200 kW and a max. velocity of 80 km/h. # 15 is owned by the DVZO (Dampfbahn-Verein Zürcher Oberland) since 1988 and got a revision with new paint last year. Here she is pulling the five cars of the "Amor Express" (Love Express) and two additional cars through Thalheim-Altikon station on a driver training run from Etzwilen to Winterthur. |
