Remarks & Notes
Built as Amtrak SDP40F 644, DYRX 644 is seen in Ogden, Utah, on March 13th, 2015. This is one of the 18 SDP40Fs that Amtrak traded to Santa Fe for some of their SSB1200 switchers, becoming ATSF SDF40-2 5266 and then BNSF 6976. This is the engine BNSF chose to paint in Maersk Sealand colors for promotional purposes in 2002.
