"UP Heritage Visits the Garden State"
When word spread that UP 1996, the Southern Pacific Heritage unit was leading NS 212, railfans across the NS system made it a point to be trackside in order to document the rare passing of a UP heritage unit on NS rails. In this photo NS 212 heads for Shared Assets territory on a beautiful fall morning with the Southern Pacific heritage unit proudly leading the train through Manville. |
