Remarks & Notes

During the powdery blizzard of 2014, Amtrak's HHP-8's were the motive power of choice, thanks to their better designed air intakes system over the AEM-7's. Here, AMTK #653 is seen leading a Regional Express through Bensalem Township just shy of the Cornwells Heights train station while en route to Trenton, NJ. One of my favorite NEC snow scenes!
