Amtrak 19, the Crescent, hurries south bound through the tiny town of Norris, SC on his way to Atlanta, Ga running well over four hours late. Seeing Amtrak in daylight has always been an almost never occurring thing for the upstate, but for the last few months has been quite common as the train gets later and later each day...good for railfans...passengers? Not so much!
