BB 3 leads the 2013 Toys for Tots train Westbound on a foggy December morning. Erected in the early 1900's when the line was first signaled, semaphores graced this pole before being replaced by the current signal head in the 1940's. Today, it's the only mast pole that has remained in service from the beginning on the old C&O.
