| Following another nearly two feet of snowfall on much of the higher elevations of the Green Mountain Railroad's Bellows Falls Subdivision, VRS dispatched its 101-year-old ex-Canadian Pacific plow for the third time in 2014 to handle some snow moving. The March 13 run was full of frustration as several minor derailments were incurred by ice-filled grade crossings. CLP GP38 204 and the VTR X-20 Plow did the honors as seen moving snow on the super-elevated S-curve at mile 20.7 in the Cavendish Gulf. |
