February 7th, 2014. Nevada Northern Railway 2014 Winter Steam Spectacular kicks off the season with a night photo shoot with historic steam locomotives 93 & 40 along with a pair freshly restored Western Railroad Supply wig wags. The crossing signals are original to the Nevada Northern Railway and were stored in the back shop area for many decades. The signals restoration was recently featured on the History Channel's hit TV show American Restoration.
A continuously growing album of photos that IMHO reveal the awesome and seldom-seen beauty of the railroad world from the dimming of day to dawn's early light! From dusk to dawn, trains roll on! (I'm still finding gems of sunset-to-sunrise surprises!)
