| The new "Voralpenexpress" (VAE) since change of timetable: Extended compositions with locomotives top and tail, so eliminating the expensive pusher service on the heavy grades of 5.0 % when additional cars had to be added. Re 456 092 "Polizeischule Ostschweiz" and 095 "100 Jahre Romanshorn St.Gallen Wattwil Uznach", with VAE 2421 from Lucerne to St.Gallen near Altmatt. |
