Remarks & Notes

during WP's last year before suffering "yellow fever" and dying at the hands of UP the hottest train on the railroad, the auto parts laden "Ford Fast" was crossing the North Fork of the Feather River deep in the Feather River Canyon near Pulga siding. This is the eastern most section of new track realingment due to the building of the Oroville Dam near Oroville. I have previously posted this photo in horizontal format.
