Empties for the R.J. Corman Loup Creek branch sit idling at the E.E. Rush Run Siding, waiting for an early morning crew to arrive. A full moon and passing clouds help contribute to the depth of the nighttime sky, captured from the bottom of the New River Gorge at Thurmond.
