Sitting quiety outside the shops under a gloomy sky. This particular FP9 was a familiar sight at VIA Rail's TMC centre in Toronto, ON., and now just 2 weeks into its service with the OSR. Ex. Waterloo and St. Jacobs Railway (nee CNR).
