Five of Santa Fe's homebuilt CF7's led a grain train through Torrance, CA. It was common on weekends when fewer switch units were needed in LA to through together a bunch to power an extra train down the Harbor Sub. In this case a solid train of Koppel cylindrical hoppers were headed to Koppels Bulk facility in the port of Long Beach.
