Remarks & Notes
Harper's Ferry, WV 11/6/2012 - The sun has yet to break over the hills as Canadian geese eat their breakfast, oblivious to the the Q-751 "Rock Runner" trundling onto the wooden tressel at Harper's Ferry. The trestle is on the last half-mile of the Shenandoah Subdivision from Winchester, VA. The Q-751 began its morning just 4 miles to the west at Millville, WV, site of a major rock quarry. In the lead is AC4400CW 380, a regular on the stone train in recent months.
