Remarks & Notes
Union Pacific's hottest westbound train, the Super Van, is stopped for a crew change at Milford, Utah. Two EMD DDA40X and a single SD40-2 'fast forty' will soon depart for the next crew change in Las Vegas. Note the 10 Alpha Beta piggyback trailers on the head end. The stately mission style depot was later demolished and replaced with a much smaller office building for UP personnel.
